PROCEDURES The first time you order a chocolate with personalized logo or graphic, we require 5 working days lead-time for a logo in 1 color and 1 additional day for each added color upon receipt of purchase order.
From the second order onward, we require 3 working days for logo in 1 color and 1 additional day for each added color upon receipt of purchase order.
In order to produce a sharp chocolate logo, we need the original file in AI format (adobe illustrator) or EPS format.
Do not send us logo in JPEG, GIF, TIFF or PNG formats. |
